This
section contains summaries for each of the 13 subwatersheds
that are evaluated in this study (see Watershed
Map). The summaries, which act as introductions,
provide basic characteristic information on, and depict
the current ecological condition of, the subwatersheds.
In compilation, data and discussions include subwatershed
size, human population and population density, dominant
land uses, imperviousness, physical and biological characteristics,
summary of ecological condition, and areas and types
of wetland and forest cover.
